Q:What is SEEDBOX?
A SEEDBOX is an private server used for uploading and downloading of digital files.
Seedboxes are usually connected to a high speed network, often with a throughput of 100 Mbit/s or more.
Q:Why You Need a SEEDBOX?
A If you've managed to squeeze yourself into an über-elite private BT tracker (such as SCC, BitMeTV or TL), the first thing you're gonna notice is an almost complete lack of ability to upload. Why is that? Well, you have a handicap: You don't have a seedbox. Unfortunately, it also means your days on that l33t tracker are likely numbered. Without a good sharing ratio, the account will get pruned. The solution? Get an high speed SEEDBOX!
Q:Can I upgrade my plan?
A Sure! Simply open a ticket with support and we can upgrade your plan at any time to a higher package. If you require a custom plan, please contact sales.
Q:How long is setup?
A Setup is normally done within a 24hours of ordering and payment is made.
Q:Where are the boxes physically located?
A We have multiple locations of our servers: The Netherlands, France.
Q:What methods of payment do you support?
A We accept all major credit cards via 2CheckOut, We also accept Paypal payments using 2CheckOut.
Q:Do you do refunds?
A No, unfortunately we don't provide any refunds at this time.
Q:Are you fully managed?
A We provide managment for SEEDBOX plans only, VPS & Dedicated Servers doesn't include any sort of management, and you're expected to have (or willing to gain) knowledge of linux.
Q:What content is accepted?
A We respect your privacy here at SEEDHOST, however we also respect the law, therefore if we receive any abuse report concerning your seedbox we will notify you so that you can remove that content.
Q:How are you protecting my privacy?
A At SEEDHOST.NET you can be assured we do not keep any records of your passkeys/files or any other information we know you wouldn't want us to have. We never keep your IP so you do not have to be worried about your information getting into the wrong hands.
